Hi,

I have tried it and there is a lot of sites in all kinds of categories. I think I have made about 20-30 request and only gotten response from 2. Maybe I dont know the business, but at least people could deny a request

well it depends on many factors and the most important one - are your sites good or not

i have made several good trades in last 3-4 days with sites ranged from PR3 - PR6

you can but it won't help you at the moment... to make link trades with them you have to give them good link (to receive one from them) and most of them won't trade with sites ranked lower then PR3
