More and more larger adult websites are repackaging content for DVD.

How do I get started?

Your video clips need to be a minimum of 3 mins and you can then edit
your clips together to produce a 60 minute or 90 minute Compilation DVD.
When editing your DVD make sure you heavily promote your website
using extras on the DVD such as picture sets and video tours of your site.
The Box art for your DVD needs to be created using screen shots from the content on the DVD.
We can arrange for editing and/or box art creation.

Where will your DVD be distributed?

Retail outlets in Europe and the US.
Online via the affiliates of the distribtuors in Europe and the US.
These distributors have thousands of affiliates.
Download to own via your own site and your affiliates.
Download to own via our own site.

What will the distribution deal be?

The European and US distributors will have the rights to distribute
your DVD via retail outlets and online making full use of their affiliate networks.
You will retain the rights for download to own via your own site
and your affiliate network.
This is so your members can purchase the DVD directly from you.
We can supply the download to own software and payment systems.

What money can I expect to make?

Some distributors will pay a one-off license fee for retail and online sales rights.
Some distributors will pay a smaller license fee and royalties for each DVD unit sold.
Remember,distributors will have DVD duplication costs in both cases.

Supplying hotels with movies is different again.
Some hotels pay a one-off fee to show a movie for twelve months.
Some hotels pay a set amount per film-per room- per month for an agreed period.

Can you distribute the DVD yourself?

Yes, of course you can.
1.via the download to own method on your site and your affilaite sites.
2.via our download to own site.
3.if you have the time to deal with the many distributors on an individual basis
and you can negotiate a better deal.

What about VOD?

This option should be considered at a later date.
DVD sales produce a greater revenue than VOD, initially.
However once your DVD sales have levelled out via the routes mentioned
then you should offer your DVD to the VOD marketplace.

Some of the larger VOD site now offer a download to own option.

What do we,as a company receive?

We receive a percentage of any deal we agree on your behalf, normally 25% net.
