What is better Advanced Submitter or Cameleon submitter? What do you think of this?

I used Chameleon submitter and I had pretty good results with it... However with Advanced Submitter you can submit both galleries, free sites, to linkdumps, etc... But you have to update all databases yourself, and to make all databases yourself because their are not updated - NEVER :(
