not really... it's just simple html page with some text and list of producers of content you're using on your site. But if you're not using content you don't need it

my site has pic of naked girls etc on it but they are all in a forum. hosted elsewhere and displayed in my forum does that still mean i do not need a 2257 page...

i think yes, you're responsible only for files stored on your server (example - you're not responsible for sponsor free hosted galleries)...

Hmm, be careful. It is not just a web page on your site any more. It just became tougher since Bush signed the 4472. Now, if you are a secondary producer, you need to contact the original producers and get a model release. I kinda sucks, we now have to contact all the studios now. ugh

Thank you for this resource I dont think ill need it as i only have other webmasters with just LINKS to their sites but in case it ever comes to that point
