Block ip range .htaccess?

Hi all i got some users joining my sites and refresh it 200/300 times, seems they are sleeping on F5 Key.. is there any way to block some countries entry to my site? MAybe with htaccess

yeah i know you can do it with htaccess 100%, just don't know how

try to google for it
