You know we have the download to own software and we have
been working on a service for people that produce and own their
own content and people that have bought the license rights to
re-sell content.

What we are looking to do is offer this service.

You have images of your content on your sites.
There is a link from your image to the content files on our servers.
Customers click the image to buy the DVD and or video clip and then it
is downloaded to them from our servers.
They can then burn the content to a blank DVD.
Your customers can compile their own DVDs made up
of your video clips.They become porn film editors.

You take the payments for the DVD and or video clip downloads.
You use our download to own technology.
You use our bandwidth.
You use our servers.
We will provide the software to enable you to upload your content
and the software to help your customers burn the content to a blank
DVD.

Info you need to know;

To discourage piracy, each DVD image downloaded is different.
When the DVD and or video clip is played, the viewer first sees a
screen which shows from where and when the DVD adn or
video clip was downloaded, and a serial number which can be
used to identify that download.

Cover artwork can be made available to purchasers,
to allow them to complete the package by printing their
own artwork to insert into a standard DVD case.

Your content will be stored in your own server area accessible
only by you.
You can upload and change the amount of content you want to
sell, at any time.

How much will it cost you?
The service is based on revenue share, 65% to you, 35% of gross
sale price for each DVD and or video clip downloaded to own.

Settlement of your account will be on a monhtly basis.
We advise you of how many downloads of your content have
taken place ove the previous month and we then invoice you.

Stats:
You will get an access code to view your stats 24/7.

There are a couple of sites offering a simliar service but these sites
control the payment process. If you want us to take payments on
your behalf we can, credit/debit cards, PRS and SMS.
The revenue share on this is, you will recieve 65% of the net revenue.

This business model is based on direct sales of your content, to your
customers via your sites, with you in control of the payments.

At this stage we do not have any plans to offer a stand alone site where
customers can buy your content but if you think that is something that
we should look at, lets us know.

What we need to know is, if you want to offer your content via download
to own but you have a membership site and don't want to charge extra
for your members to own your content would you like to have the option
of paying a set fee, per month for all the above services as opposed to
a revenue share agreement?
