I have stumbled across this forum quite by accident and glad I did. (I have much to read after work)

I have purchased a domain, I have created a toy store, I have a starting page with a few banner exchanges. But it all seems overwhelming when you have know idea what you are doing.

Can anyone take me under their wing and help me out in this startup...

i am not new, but i am fuckin lazy to work :/ even i know that good money involved in this biz.
I take alook at your site, but i didnt find any porn, just banners. I think you should not add so much banners on the main. Because visitors will forget your site. Do something that visitors get back to your site.
example: adding links to galleries, freesites and so on.
Well i wish you best of luck.

P.S you will not get much clicks from SE, because there are no text in your site. So do what i recommended

Thank you all for the warm welcome... I have read some of the advice on the tutorials section and have learned quite a few things.. I am still reading and learning, but I think I can make a good site eventually that can bring in traffic...
I certainly had my first attempt very cluttered (I wanted to put everything all on one site).. One big advertisement page. I learned that that was wrong.. I have since fixed my whole site... Please take a look and if you have some advice, I would love to hear any suggestions here...
