Greetings to all in advance.... Im looking for a FREE Banner resizer application & a flash banner designe program... Anyone know of any ??? or any sites .

If it is a .jpg you can resize it using paint if not a good place to find a banner resizer is Please Register or Login to view links

Hi all thanks for the replys.... Must say paint gives rubbish material and don't like it..... paint is what i used in first school but can be good for general mess around with banners.... I will try out adobe and see what that brings to me.. Thanks for your comments though
