I'm not looking for affiliate programs or spam in this thread. This is for the site owners that are promoting affiliate programs. I'm trying to get general information to see the main things that site owners look for in these programs.

What programs are you using now that are your top money makers?
-What are your reasons for using these programs? (features, friends, $$)
-How did you hear about these programs? (email, spam, boards, etc.)

What are some of the popular features you look for in any affiliate program?

How do you prefer to be approached by Affiliate Managers? (shows, email, boards, etc.)

What are some of the best experiences you've had with affiliate programs?

We are always looking to better everything we offer, and the best way to do it is to go to the source!

I'm looking for AP who have free content, FHG, text descriptions and my niche

Of course it's nice when AP releases fresh content often...
