· Research, define websites that are relevant and proposed a link exchange, sending contacts a letter thru email and closed new link partners.
· Create, manage and update link exchange programs, keyword rankings
· Create site title and descriptions
· Do keyword research, one way links, link exchanges
· Search engine submissions and Directory submissions
· Submissions of adult sites to link exchange partners

knowledgeable on software managed:
· Chameleon TGP Submitter, Confirmer and Partner Account Requester
· AVS Video Converter
· ThumbNailer7
· FTP client
