i have just visited your blog and it's ok (will get listed on my link list with no problems at all, i think it will be listed on most of others too)... about paysite, it's good that you have blog and probably loyal members base (i see you already worked on many sites and had live web cams shows etc) - that will be a big plus to you when you open paysite, most of them would probably be willing to join it and by doing that will cover at least part of expenses you'll have to open paysite

Get good reality tour designed with good amount of free samples taken from your members area (but don't give too much of it), get some good payments processor, also implement affiliate program later so webmasters can promote your site for % of money earned (you have unique content and i think it won't be too hard to get some people promoting you). Keep site updated on regular basis, try to be as much interactive with your members and i think you can't go wrong

Thanks Kide! I have several designers interested in doing a site for me. I have a coder too. The designer I want is taking his time and so I decided to try researching myself. It's a bit intimidating but I know once I understand it I wont have a problem. Yet part of me wants to leave it to the experts. I'm still on the fence about how to get my paysite up and it may be a few months until I'm able to get it going. Right now I'm building a fan base and trying to establish a brand. Loyal fans is what I seem to have right now and I want more!

I was hoping I could put affiliates on my free site. Is that just tacky and not something I should do?

about doing design yourself, maybe it could be good thing - you can tell "I made this site myself" on tour, maybe it could make even better impression of you in your surfers eyes

I want to put affiliate links on the site I have now. Until I get the paysite up and running I don't see why I can't earn a little extra cash while I wait. I know my fans love me because I'm free but I want to try to get some cash from this site. I would put them on the bottom of the blog and on a static page that is accessed when you want to chat with me. That's what I mean.

People already know I did the site pretty much on my own with a little help, I think that is all part of my appeal. Like I said I'm trying to make a brand and it's going to take some time. I also really like to know everything I can so that I'm comfortable enough before I begin anything. I used to work with the affiliate site at MrSkin so I understand those a little better than anything else.

And wow, I do have a lot of questions, but I find when I go and submit links there seems to be a lot of rules that these sites want you to abide by. One of them is to put their recip link on the warning page. I think that's pretty tacky and pushy. I wonder if I'm reading it wrong. But a few said they requited their banners to be above the enter button. Are they for real?

yes, you can add links to other paysites on your blog of course

but be careful not to add any paysite there, but only the good ones (updated at least once a week with good content etc), you recommend those paysites so if some of them are not good surfers might lose trust in you

about submitting... those rules are for "free sites" (4 pages mini web site made for promotion)... your site is blog, so you should just add recip codes on your site (in menu like you added mine for rank1porn.com) and that's it - i think you will get listed on many of those sites

enter button and warning pages are parts of free site structure so don't worry about tham so far
