Noob problem in advertising
Hello, I'm new to this forum and this business in general. We are trying to learn about advertising and have come up with a problem that I don't know if anyone else has had.
We don't have much money so we have been advertising on sites with low CTR and are very cheap. However due to the novelty of our product/banner, we have raised the CTR of these site significantly.
This led to 2 problems, first some site decided to raise their price significantly because of their site's new CTR. Second problem is ad space on these site sudden all get bought out for months hoping they'll get the same CTR we did....
So far we just continue from one cheap site to another every time something like this happens. A couple sites lowered their price after realizing without our banner, their CTR went back to their original stats but these have been few and far between. The pool of site is starting to get thinner and thinner and was wondering if anyone can offer any advice for us noobs. Thanks
