Ti smes da koristis ISKLJUCIVO materijal koji ti da sponzor ili koji kupis.
Kada se registrujes na nekog sponzora, moras da reklamiras sa tim slikama samo njegove sajtove(paysites) a nikako da "uzmes free content i radis sta ti zelis" , to je strogo NO NO!

Dalje, svaki blind link koji ne vodi na paysite vec na neki levi sajt je strogo zabranjeno i zato ide deaktivacija accounta kod sponzora, isto tako to je nelegalno. Ako pise da smes da koristis blind link sa sponzorovim contentom, to znaci:

da moraju voditi na njegov paysite
mora ti naznaciti koje reci smes da koristis, koliko se secam ako koristis (lupicu) rec "young" da li kod spacash...a to je zabranjeno iako kod mnogih teen sajtova se to koristi ali su pravila napisana da bi se postovala u suprotnom ces snositi posledice!

Dalje, svaki content koji sponzori daju free su kupili i poseduju dokumentaciju (ja za HPO imam dokumenta da smem da koristim na HPO i SAMO da smem da koristim HPO sa tim contentom, imam cak i rucan potpis izmedju mene i WWC). Takodje, fotografi imaju autorska prava jer su potpisali ugovore!

Znam da se mnogi od vas pocetnika loze na forum burek ali to distribuirati je zabranjeno a vec sam objasnio i zasto. Pusti te fore sa piraterijom, sajtovi su vrsta elektronskih medija!

Jedino sto nije zabranjeno zakonom i ne podleze autorskom pravu su privatni pornici iz mobilnih telefona ali trebas uvek razmisliti sta ako nekom devojci ili momku naneses na taj nacin emotivan udarac i on ili ona kad saznaju da je to pusteno preko tvog sajta uzme i izvrsi samoubistvo, kako bi se osecao? Zato se drzi legalnih stvari!

Od 2004 se sve sto se radi na netu belezi i snima od kada je stupio na snagu zakon protiv pedofilije , te se tako SVE moze proveriti!

Nadam se da ti u levom uglu nije adbrite banner? Adbrite ne dozvoljava da se drze baneri ili linkovi na xxx sajtovima...smes AVN ili blacklabel...

* Promotion of fake documents, copied material, or paper mills.
* Promotion of drugs, or any related paraphernalia.
* Sales or offers that contain alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or any related paraphernalia.
