I have checked your toplists and noticed that pages are opening too slow, you might want to check that. Also you have to add some sites of your own to toplists to get them moving, no one will signup to a toplist with no other sites and no traffic... Make several blogs for each niche and add them to toplist, add some of your domains etc... Just trying to help
