You have read their names wrong -those are LINK DUMPS (not dmps )... Those are sites where you can add almost every link you want... Link Dumps are free to submit links, they are good for getting your pages spidered by Search Engines (like google, yahoo...), they are also good to get some small amounts of fast and free traffic...
